Future iPhones could be charged wirelessly: Apple's patent application suggests

Apple's new patent application hints at a long-range wireless reach

If you are an iPhone user or plan to become one, this is great news for you. A patented product was introduced with a new technology by Apple that proposes wireless charging for future Evon devices from around the room.

According to the memos officially published by the US Patent and Trademark Office (OSPTO), this new product will be configured to transmit wireless power over a wireless power transmission. "This means that this new system may charge multiple devices simultaneously with both wired as well as communications Wireless.

Apple currently focuses on short-term wireless charging only because long-range wireless charging is not possible. Because with the increased distance from the charger, the energy drops rapidly and there is a limited amount of energy that can be transmitted to a single device.

This wireless RF-based short-range wireless charger will allow users to set up their wireless chargers in a particular order. This method will connect one power adapter to different electronic devices at their proximity.

The following is a summary of the patent filings:

A power supply system can be equipped with electronic devices. You can charge electronic devices that have a battery such as smart phones, laptops, tablets, computers, swatchboards, fitness bars, and so on. Electronic devices will be shipped using both wired and wireless media. The system will use a user account over the Internet to create a network and connect it to the chargers nearby. The system will save user information such as battery status, priority charging devices, usage log, calendar and a few other information. This system transfers a different amount of energy to various connected devices using an optimal power transfer strategy.

Patents do not necessarily mean anything solid. Thus, nothing else can be suggested. But this certainly says that Apple is working hard to create a wireless charging device. Let's see when Apple confirms this news officially.
